Community Council for Berkshire
CCB Logo Community Council for Berkshire Achieves Level 1 and 2 of the ACRE Quality Standard

CCB are delighted to announce that having been reviewed by Action for Communities in Rural England (ACRE), the national body for rural community councils, they have successfully achieved Levels 1 and 2 of the three level Quality Award.  This is recognised by the Department of the Environment, Farming and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) as the benchmark for rural community development organisations.

Three levels of excellent practice were identified, Business Planning, User Centred Services and the Senior Management Team.  As part of it's ongoing committment to quality CCB will now be working towards Level 3 of the ACRE Quality Standards.
